Careful Handling
- We know how precious your family photographs are.
- We take great care in protecting them for you.
- We handle photos only with sterile latex gloves, preventing any exposure to skin oils.
- We air-spray each photo before scanning, preventing any dust spots.
- We use a “flat screener” – as opposed to a “rolling screener” – to avoid risk of damage to your photos, and to avoid streaking on your digital photos.
- We maintain the original sequencing of your photos when we return them to you.
- You don’t have to count your photos in advance. We will take care of that, and we will number each photo for you in sequence.
- You don’t pay anything in advance. We ask for payment after the job is completed.
Transporting Your Photos
Local Service: We’re based in Central New Jersey, near Princeton. If we’re local to you, we can arrange to pick up your photos, and deliver them back when the job is done.
Other Areas: If you live outside our local area, you would have your photos shipped to us. We would have them shipped back when the job is done. We would bill you for those shipping costs.
